1st Podcast

I was very excited to complete this task. I listen to the tutorial online once and took notes. I choose to use the sermon that was given to us. It took me a couple minutes to figure out how to get that file into audacity. Once in audacity I realize that I had no clue where to start so I listened to the tutorial again while I worked on creating my own podcast. Editing the file to what I wanted was easy and fun. I really enjoyed learning how to cut and change the file that was given. Next, I struggled to figure out how to import it into iTunes. I ended up just saving the file to my desktop and then dragging it into iTunes. My version of iTunes is not the same as the version that I watch in the tutorial so it took some searching on my part to find the right way to compress the file. The hosting server that I choose to use is Mobile Me. I am new to Mobile Me and really have no idea how to use it. I played around with Mobile Me for ten minutes then figured out how to upload the Podcast into my account. The easiest part of this task was the end. I got the share URL and placed it into the blog. I really enjoyed this task and look forward to practice in the future and using this tool in my class. Enjoy!
